Walking into the 1172-square-foot space designed by Ringo Studio, consumers are greeted by a 16-foot- long custom table with marble insets, anchored by a dramatic light fixture. Picture breezy afternoons, retro architecture, and lively patterns that celebrate Miamis playful, laid-back spirit.

The street is lined with high-end boutiques including a Jil Sander store with an interior designed by John Pawson , and an OMA-designed store for Coach featuring herringbone-patterned glass facades. A dramatic staircase is a focal point. The facade references bamboo groves. Stone floors mimic tatami mats.
