It is VERY CLEAR that MOST retailers think a long line is a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE and ENCOURAGES VISITORS to spend and join the line, and that this outweighs walk-aways – like me. I can visit one store after another in the shopping centers and they ALL have offensively long lines.
