2021’s Christmas period will be make-or-break for retail: ARA

Mastercard’s SpendingPulse data, which measures sales across online and in-store, found that, unsurprisingly, states that were not in lockdown fared much better than those whose people are facing movement restrictions.

Inspired by Louis Vuitton’s Spirit of Travel and intertwined with local elements, the store has special features that are unique to a traditional Filipino home. The luxury fashion house collaborated with Filipino designers and sisters Stephanie Kienle Gonzalez and Jessica Kienle Maxwell of Philux.

Norm Architects looked to classic libraries for inspiration for the project, which was commissioned by a Scandinavian distributor of coffee table books. Wooden shelves and stone plinths are used to display books in the New Mags store.

Australia Post invests in South Australia ahead of Christmas rush
