There's nothing worse than viewing Christmas schemes after the event. However, we had a think about this scheme and decided that it was rather more seasonal than Christmas specific and therefore ok to share. Tesco is to operate two electric heavy freight articulated trucks from this month, the first in commercial operation in the UK. The company is partnering with logistics and freight forwarding company FSEW to transport goods emission-free in two new 37 tonne DAF electric vehicles. This brands' store in New York, while small in size always looks so incredible at this time of year. In fact, we actually included one of their schemes in the latest edition of our book. This store however does appear rather unloved and in need of some much needed VM tlc, don't you think? Sale time is never a good look for any store although we did actually capture this before the holidays so we would have thought that perhaps a more polished scheme might be in place.

This brand once had huge windows at this store along Bond street which were filled with enormous narratives on a rolling basis. However with open backed windows, schemes do become a bit limiting as you also have to consider the view of the window from inside the store which makes it difficult to hide any necessary adjustments to the products (not that handbags need this of course) plus we have the ugly security grilles too after a series of robberies along this street.
