Roar recreates dizzying Indian stepwells in Jaipur Rugs' Dubai showroom

The arches that are typical to stepwells also feature in the 780-square-metre showroom, forming doorways or alcoves wallpapered with decorative rugs. The walls and floors are finished with a warm-grey micro-cement and textured paint, forming a neutral base for the colourful features.

Linehouse uses typically urban materials inside Xiamen's JNBY store

Panels of fluted glass form a screen around the edge of the store. The urban materiality of the store is interrupted by a couple of ceramic display stands, which Linehouse formed by wrapping convex tiles around steel poles that extend from the floor to the ceiling. The same tiles form a couple of vertical display stands.
