Calibri was chosen as the default font for Microsoft programmes like Office, Powerpoint and Outlook in 2007. Microsoft is replacing its default font for the first time in 14 years and asking the public for feedback on potential replacements. At the time it replaced Times New Roman.

In March 2022, a user from Ming-Chi Kuo posted a message on Twitter claiming that the upcoming Mac mini would retain the same form and design. The current iPad Pros come with 8GB, while those with 1 or 2TB of space get 16 GB.
