Fashion brand Balenciaga has transformed its Mount Street store in London , creating a maximalist look to launch its Le Cagole collection by blanketing the interior in bright pink faux fur. Balenciaga's Mount Street store was lined in faux fur. Le Cagole bags were placed across the fur-lined temporary displays.

French shoe brand Nodaleto has chosen Miami as the location of its first US store, which New York studio Rafael de Cárdenas designed with sci-fi-influenced red and chrome interiors. Rafael de Cárdenas based the interior on mid-century French design, as a homage to the influence this movement had on sets created for sci-fi movies.

The 488-square-metre store is the first freestanding Hermès outlet in Tokyo since the brand opened its Ginza emporium in 2001, which was also designed by RDAI. RDAI was founded in 1972 by interior designer Rena Dumas and is in charge of Hermès' global retail design. Above: a Hermès store on Tokyo's Omotesando Avenue.
