The independent record label was founded by Jack White, lead singer and guitarist of the White Stripes, in Detroit, Michigan in 2001, and will open at 1 Marshall Street in the heart of London’s Carnaby. These include a Third Man Records token-operated lucky dip book machine designed by the Toronto-based artist Craig Small.

KStudio, the brand’s global HQ, was launched in 2022 in Sydney and is a base for the team to host Australian creatives, musicians and artists on a global stage. T cemented its reputation for rebellion at its Australian Fashion Week debut in 2001, where 200 rats were sent down the runway. It was originally called Tsubi.

The 488-square-metre store is the first freestanding Hermès outlet in Tokyo since the brand opened its Ginza emporium in 2001, which was also designed by RDAI. Parisian studio RDAI has designed a store on Tokyo 's prestigious Omotesando street for fashion house Hermès , which was designed to evoke aspects of Japanese nature and culture.
